- Education & Licensing: Must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and possess a valid registered nurse practicing license.

- Certifications: Current certification and specialized training in occupational health or first aid.
- Core Skills: Strong emergency response, risk assessment, and communication abilities.
