We are seeking an experienced Furniture Production Manager to oversee and optimize our furniture manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in sofa production, upholstery, foam applications, production planning, quality control, and team leadership. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining high product quality standards, and driving continuous improvement across factory operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily furniture production activities to ensure targets are achieved on time and within budget.
Supervise and lead factory production teams, promoting productivity, quality, and workplace safety.
Oversee sofa frame construction, upholstery processes, foam applications, and final product assembly.
Develop, implement, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all production processes.
Establish staff training programs to improve skills, performance, and operational efficiency.
Monitor and enforce quality control standards throughout the production cycle.
Plan and coordinate production schedules to maximize efficiency and meet customer requirements.
Analyze material usage and production costs to minimize waste and improve profitability.
Optimize factory workflows, layouts, and resource allocation to enhance productivity.
Collaborate with procurement and inventory teams to ensure adequate availability of materials and supplies.
Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing process.
